If you have already activated your RENEW cartridge recycling mailer you can track its recycling and delivery status below. Simply enter your mailer number and the email address you used when you activated the mailer. Both of these can be found on your confirmation materials.

You should expect to receive your RENEWED cartridge within 6-10 days of the day you mailed your empty cartridge.
